^^WHOA I can’t believe that’s how I’ll be signing my name here soon! For those of y’all not down with the SLP lingo, that\u00a0means I officially have my master’s degree. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

I know I’ve been blowing up feeds lately between graduation and commemorating our last week in Lubbock, but I wanted to post a few graduation photos myself in order to make life feel more organized.<\/p>\n

Graduation day was such a bittersweet time of celebration, yet mourning the closing of this unique chapter of life that was graduate school. I came to Lubbock expecting to get my master’s degree, and that was it. But the Lord was so kind to me and gave me some of my most cherished friendships and memories along with my degree. Some days felt like they were never going to end and that I was NEVER going to get to sleep, but I’m so grateful for the stretching and growing that occurred in me clinically, and as a wife\/friend\/human being. I was so hesitant to leave my little nest in Las Cruces and come to Tech, but bless, I couldn’t be more grateful for the time I’ve spent here.<\/p>\n

Okay enough blabbering, here are some pictures from the day! Disclaimer: These aren’t the best pictures in the world, but my sweet husband eagerly took them without my asking, so I LOVE them.<\/p>\n

This moment was literally an honor. THE QUEEN aka Sherry aka Tech’s program director is literally excellent at what she does (and she does everything). Being hooded by her was a dream come true!<\/p><\/div>\n

My sweet family traveled from New Mexico and Dallas to support me! Love this crew.<\/p><\/div>\n

THIS GUY. He faithfully worked two jobs to support us so I could go to school and just do school. His care for me is unreal y’all.<\/p><\/div>\n

My kind parents. Honestly, who knows where I would be without the emotional and financial support from these two. They mean the world to me!<\/p><\/div>\n

My mother-in-law and her friend Cyndi traveled from Cruces to be here; so fun to celebrate with them!<\/p><\/div>\n
